Levels of Access on OneDrive

Anyone

This is the default option and it gives access to anyone with the link, including those outside of Kish.

People in Kishwaukee College

If you choose this option, only accounts with @kish.edu email addresses can access the file.

People with Existing Access

This is used when you want to share the link with someone who already has access to the file.

People you Choose

Only specific people who choose to share the file with can access it. You can only share with people in the Kish network or those who have a Microsoft account.

Editing Options on OneDrive

Can Edit

Anyone with the link can make changes to the file if you choose this option. This is best when you are collaborating with others.

Can Review

Anyone with the link can suggest changes, but will not make any changes directly on the document.

Can View

Anyone with the link can view the file, but they cannot make or suggest any changes to it.
