Quality Matters™ (QM) is a faculty-driven quality assurance program for online and hybrid courses. QM began with a group of faculty in Maryland, but its quality rubrics and professional development programs are now used nationwide and internationally. Kishwaukee College is an institutional member of Quality Matters.
